The pigs are kept outdoors and free-range, and for most of the year have access to 'wallowing' areas which ensures the sows are contented.
For winter the pigs are housed in batches on straw.
We use the traditional Gloucester Old Spot breed which produce meat with a superior flavour and superb crackling on the meat!
